The Seattle IWW is holding an Organizer 101 training. This training is an intensive, two-day training that will give IWW members and non-members alike the skills and tools they need to begin organizing and unionizing their workplace.
You will learn what constitutes a union, how to have a one-on-one conversation with coworkers, the basics of labor law, and how to organize and carry out a direct action.
This training is part of the IWW’s famous series of Organizer Trainings geared at giving workers the skills they need to be union organizers and put up a real fight against the bosses.
When: August 18 and 19 from 8:00am-4:00pm each day
