Our latest issue, online at https://seattleiww.org/seattle-worker/, is themed “Dual Carding,” which means simultaneously holding a trade union card and an IWW card. Why do that? Well, dig in and find out. Fellow Worker Noah explains that dual-carding can provide a “better understanding of how other unions interact with the rank and file workers that they represent, as well as their ability to be either more democratic and vigilant versus laissez-faire.” Another dual-carder, Fellow Worker 389288, explains: “My advice for folks who are dualcarders is to push solidarity unionism at your business unions and talk to your fellow workers about what solidarity unionism is.”
